Ingredients
  1. 1 1⁄4 c sugar
  2. 1 cake pan
  3. 1 c nuts
  4. 1⁄2 t vanilla
  5. 1 t baking soda
  6. 1 1⁄2 c flour, sifted
  7. 1⁄2 c oil
  8. 2 c apples, peeled and chopped
  9. 1 c sugar (for icing)
  10. 1 1⁄2 T flour (for icing)
  11. 1 stk butter, melted (for icing)
  12. 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  13. 1 cn pet milk (small can for icing)
Instructions
  1. Mix 2 eggs, 1 1/4 cup sugar together, add 2 cups chopped and peeled apples, 1/2 cup oil
  2. Add flour, soda, vanilla,salt and nuts to mixture
  3. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees until done.
Icing
  1. Melt butter, add flour, sugar, small pet milk, mix well and let come to a boil, cook about 2 minutes or until thick.
  2. Add vanilla, pour over cake while still warm.
