Grape Salad
This brown sugar and nut crusted casserole-style grape salad makes a great side or dessert to any picnic or family event.

Ingredients
  1. 2 lb grapes, black or purple, seedless
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 t vanilla
  4. 1⁄2 c sugar
  5. 1 c walnuts, chopped
  6. 1⁄2 c brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Wash, clean and dry grapes.
  2. Cream together cream cheese, vanilla and sugar and combine with
  3. grapes.
  4. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts and top with brown sugar.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
